We can only refund on our apparel items at this time, we do not refund featured merchant items or apparel, electronics, sunglasses, eyewear, beauty care, skateboards, snowboards, equipment or home decor, jewelry, pet products or toys.

All of our full-priced apparel items can be returned for store credit (e-gift card) within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Contact us to see if you have an item that is refundable.

In order to receive in store credit via an Online Gift Card, your return item must meet the following conditions: 

must be received within 14 days of receiving your order.

must be new and unworn with all original tags attached 

must not have make-up or fake tan marks 

must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing power 

We will inspect all return items upon receipt - any returns will not be rewarded with in store credit.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit or the cost of return postage. 

We will not process returns until your item is received by us in good condition.
